Making the most of your Experience
Appointments (a deposit may be required)
If you are receiving a salon / spa treatment for the first time we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early, to fill out necessary pre-appointment information. Please keep in mind that the appointment time you have scheduled is the time the service is to begin. The more relaxed you are at the beginning of the treatment, the more beneficial your treatment will be.
Amenities
La Difference Salon & Day Spa provides bathrobes, footwear, blow driers and personal lockers for your convenience. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. We offer the finest in hair, skin and nail products for home care. Your technician will provide you with a professional home recommendation that will extend and enhance the benefits of the service you receive.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for your personal or corporate gift giving needs. Giving the gift of beauty is special, unique and a sure way to please the recipient. We offer a wide selection of packages designed to provide the ultimate in relaxing and pampering for you or a loved one.
Payment
Payment is made at the end of your visit at the front desk. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Gratuities are not included in our service prices or gift certificates. Gratuities can not be added to a charge card.
Children
In consideration of our guests seeking a restful atmosphere, we do not permit children under the age of 13 in the spa area. For the safety of your child we request that your child be with you at all times in the salon area.
Cell Phones & Beepers
Cell phones and beepers are not permitted in our spa area.
Cancellations
We understand at times you may need to change your appointment. If you need to cancel we ask that you provide 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% service charge. Services totaling $100.00 or more must be confirmed with a credit card or gift certificate.
